What is Prop 65?

Customer Support -

Prop 65 is a California labeling requirement that can cause confusion for many consumers. According to allowed levels in Prop 65, a person eating the USDA-recommended 3–5 servings of vegetables daily could consume up to ten times more lead than the “maximum" amount recommended by California. In bmiSMART products, trace amounts of lead naturally present in soil and, therefore, in the plants grown in soil, necessitate the label.

Think about this; there is more lead in a medium sized bowl of kale then there is in a dose of bmiSMART products.
